Played a key role in shaping the user experience of a SaaS platform used internally by international retail franchises. Transitioned from Front-End Developer to UI/UX Designer, taking ownership of user experience strategy and execution within a European startup.
- Led discovery efforts to identify user needs and operational pain points
- Defined user journeys and interaction patterns to support complex retail workflows
- Designed scalable UI solutions and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Collaborated cross-culturally in an Agile environment to deliver incremental value
- Acted as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, ensuring alignment from concept to implementation
- Contributed to establishing a more structured, user-centered product development process
